Oso Honey Farm

  • Fresh Produce

We grow all our own fresh fruits and vegetables year round here on the farm. While we are not certified organic, we grow with organic practices and take care of our soils.

  • Raw Varietal Honeys

We carry the widest selection of our raw honeys here at our Farmstand base in Corvallis, Oregon. All our honey is harvested by Beekeeper Henry Storch from our PNW adapted bees, come and taste the different honeys from nectar sources throughout Oregon’s coastal tidelands and Willamette Valley.

  • Farm Fresh Eggs and more

We raise our own hens here on the farm, the ladies are happy moving around the pasture from fall to spring and in the shade of the oak grove over the summer.

  • Quelites and Tropical Crops

We grow a vide variety of warmer weather crops from Southern Mexico and Guatemala for the community including epazote, hoja santa, quintonil, quelite manteca, pápalo, chipil, quishtan, guayaba, chayote, nopales, chilacayote, ayote negro, elote mexicano, hoja de aguacate, and more.

Welcome to our produce farm, Ejido Oso

We have been beekeepers for the last two decades, producing all our own varietal honeys. In 2022, we purchased this property to build our farmstand and support and community produce farm called Ejido Oso. In essence, an Ejido is essentially an agricultural cooperative, where we all grow food together and support each other in our own business as well. Oso Honey Farm produces our honey, and Ejido Oso grows the produce.

Ejido Oso is collectively managed by a diaspora community from Santiago, Nuyoo, Oaxaca, many of whom have worked at local organic farms over the years and are coming together to grow family crops from Southern Mexico and Guatemala, as well as some other specialty fruits and veggies.

For questions about our produce operation, contact ejido.oso@gmail.com.
